Positive:The chiip of my creditcard was not working properly, so the employee didn’t think to solve the problem. I could still order products with Amazon, so he could have helped us also without the pin code, which not is necessary with Amazon or Ebay. Luckyly for me I had another creditcard. I didn’t get any invoice till today, after my return of the car because there was still ¼ tank left in the car . So I am not happy about the events.
Negative:Not cooperative. Not precise not sending me the invoice after car return. They still have to pay me 1/4 tank at least of petrol
