Positive:I have rented with record go through BCO 3 times in the last year so I'm very satisfied and always recommend them to all my friends
Negative:This could be positive for most people but I wanted a small car and they didn't have any available so they gave me a larger one with all the extras for the same price. I just wanted a small one because of the parking problem. But it worked out well.

Negative:Can't think of any. We paid €75 for a second driver who never drove. But that was our choice and not the fault of Recordgo.
