Negative:Accueil au bureau par une personne désagréable qui ne se met pas à la place de la personne qui loue le véhicule. Cela est dû a une seule personne car après nous avons discuté avec une autre personne qui était beaucoup plus agréable. Pas un mot en francais : :-( Je trouve aussi que votre site BCO devrait être disponible en français. Bien à vous. BD.
