    Positive:Pickup & delivery. Staff service minded and kind.

    Negative:Deposit on bank card still reserved over a week after returning the car. Agent says it was released, but bank statement does not. Causing a lot of back & forth messaging and involving the bank. Drivalia responding well and being helpful all the way though.
