Positive:I don't particularly have an issue with the excessive fuel and service charges as I factor it into the overall cost. In regard to question 6, my position should a problem arise is that I contracted based on your Ts&Cs at the time of booking online.
Negative:Never a problem until my most recent rental. The car had a few minor scratches on it when I picked it up. Never an issue before but this time I had to prove I didn't cause the damage. Luckily I had photographs. I felt this was an attempt to gouge me.
