Rent a New Car in

1.-Do I have to pay anything else, beside the prices shown on your website?
No, our prices are FULLY INCLUSIVE (show'n in Euro's):

* Insurance
* Unlimited Mileage
* All extra drivers
* Extras like: Baby Seats, Roof Racks, etc.

Except Fuel - when picking up your car you pay the amount of a full tank of petrol.

2.-How much will I pay for full tank of fuel?
It depends on model, an location place, prices could vary about 35 for the smallest cars and 85 for large cars. this price it¹s always an estimation.

3.-What it means PREPAY and DIRECT PAY?
Prepay means payment in advance, if you make a booking with this option, and all fields are filled properly payment could be done before you collect the car. (Please note that all charges are made by our providers!)
Direct pay, simply pay when you collect the vehicle. ( Remember that it is essential to show a credit card in the driver¹s name when you pick up the car.)

4.-Can I make a reservation or request for quotations per Fax e-mail or Telephone?
No, you can get an instant custom made quotation through our online booking system and the possibility to continue with the definitive reservation. Please make sure that your e-mail address is typed correctly.

5.-Can I pay cash?
Yes you can pay cash in Euro's, but Remember that it is essential to show a credit card in the driver¹s name when you pick up the car.

6.-Can I collect the car at any time?
Obviously all deliveries are done by our suppliers in their offices and the deliveries can be done only at their opening hours(generally 09.00 -13.00 and 16.30-19.30 from Monday to Friday and 09.00-13.00 Saturdays ,Sundays and local holidays are close), except Airports where the car collection could be the 24 hrs at day if you provide us your flight and arrival time.

7.-May I collect and drop off the car at any office?
If the selector COLLECT/RETURN allows you to do it you can, but if not it¹s not allow it.

8.-Can you deliver my car at places other then your office or airports?
Yes, we'll deliver your car for FREE, within the limits of the car hirer companies (maximum of 10 kilometres from any of their offices) and a minimum of 7 days hire.

9.-How will I find my car if my flight arrives late at night or delayed?
If you provide us with your arrival times and your arrival flight Number, there will be an employee waiting for you on your arrival - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!

10.-What do I need to hire a car?
You need to be in possession of a valid driving licence with three years minimum standing and to be in possession of a valid credit card. The minimum age of the hirer must be 23 years.

11.-Can all the members of my family (or my friends) drive our hired car?
No, Only those drivers specified on the contract may drive your hired car. 12.-Can I push or tow other vehicles? No, you can not use the vehicle to push or tow other vehicles.

13.-What will I do if my car breaks down?
All cars are new and replaced after 6 month of use. Should any failure occur, you can call the hire company and they will solve the problem as fast as possible!

14.-Do your cars have air conditioning?
Almost all models include air conditioning. You can look at our online quotation system to see all the included specification for all models.

15.-Can I make a reservation for a specific car, specific Fuel, or specific Colour (e.g. Ford Ka, diesel, green)?
No, we can't accept reservations for specific models or specific fuel , we always confirm the reservation for a Type/Group of cars. This means a group of cars with similar specifications.

16.-Can I drive wit the car to other country?
Yes You can drive into the European countries (Portugal , France, Germany, Holland Š etc) with a previous consent of our providers and paying an Extra insurance in these cases. It¹s completely forbidden drive the cars in North Africa (Morocco, Algeria , Ceuta, Melilla Šetc)

17.- It¹s there any cancellation fees?
No cancellations charges will apply .But please if you need to cancel your booking , advise as soon as possible, other persons could enjoy the car you didn¹t use.
